Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Cultivation Of Professional Talents In Secondary Vocational Schools Under The Background Of Internationalization

After 40 years of development,secondary vocational education has become an important way for China to develop its economy,promote employment and cultivate technical talents.Faced with the trend of international education,secondary vocational education,as part of vocational education,gradually adapts to the needs of national exchanges and development,and cultivates high-quality talents with international vision and international competitiveness for society and economy.The open social and economic market has greater demand for professionals in finance and economics,and puts higher demands on the training of financial and professional professionals in secondary vocational schools in China.The finance and economics majors of secondary vocational schools in China must make a revolutionary exploration in terms of personnel training,and cultivate more excellent financial and economic talents for the society to meet the needs of international development.This paper takes the financial and economic majors of secondary vocational schools as the research object,based on the background of internationalization,based on the theory of community,education communication theory and human capital theory,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,investigation research method and inductive analysis method.The significance of the internationalization of the training of financial professionals in China's secondary vocational schools,and the analysis of the demand characteristics of internationalization for the training of talents in secondary vocational finance schools.Taking the secondary vocational school in Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper studies the problems existing in the training of talents in secondary vocational finance colleges in China and proposes corresponding countermeasures,including constructing vocational education community from the national,school and enterprise levels;from the perspective of professional brands and corporate talents.Under the background of innovation internationalization,the idea of cultivating middle-level financial and economic talents;and optimizing the top-level design,improving financing policies and strengthening risk warning,etc.,strengthen the policy guarantee for cultivating international talents in secondary vocational finance and economics colleges.
