High school thought political lesson is an important course of moral education work in school, and high school thought political lesson teacher is different from other subjects teachers, their power is the core of the school to carry on the ideological and political education, the improvement of high school thought political lesson teacher quality will directly affect the students’ ideological and political education and moral cultivation, so this article is devoted to the study of high school thought political lesson teacher quality enhancement.Above based on the reference of existing research results, using literature study and questionnaire method, firstly introduces the basic content of high school thought political lesson teacher quality, and then some jinzhou city high school thought political lesson teacher investigation questionnaire. Finally Suggestions are put forward according to the problems found during the investigation. The author thinks that, to improve the whole quality of the high school thought political lesson teacher, the key is teachers’ self-improvement and national and school education training system of teachers’ team building.Writing this article, to expect to realize high school thought political lesson teacher quality enhancement.
