Analysis On The Mixed Pairs Routine In The 11Th-13Th Aerobics Gymnastics World Championships

Chinese aerobic gymnastics develop from the end of the twentieth Century, and steadily improve in line with international standards in less 20 years. Individual project particularly Man individual project has won the world champion. Chinese aerobic gymnastics gradually developed into the first group national of aerobics. But equally as one important part of competitive aerobics projects, mixed pairs project, in the 2014 13th world championships still did not get a medal, also does not give the power to the group to get the gold goal. Mixed pairs project in certain degree have prevent the aerobic gymnastics development from winning the world championships events. This paper is based on the FIG2009-2012 and the 2013-2016 the edition of the aerobics competition rules, in order to reveal the gap of the overall level between our country with advanced countries. This can provide theory basis for the development of our mixed pairs. The research shows that:1. Compared with the top six countries, t he number of beats in aerobics movements was diversity and complexity, it is advantage in aerobics gymnastics choreography. The rountine is diversity. there was difference in the cooperation movements between our country and advanced countries. The performance of the athletes was lack of artistry.2. Disadvantage:the design of the travelling traces and the space shift were unreasonable. And it lacks of creativity in the design of transition and connection.3.Both the frequency and intensity of Chinese routine is low, the difficulty movement completion rate in the 11th world championships was lower than in the 12th and the 13th world championships, they are greatly improved, the 13th world championships consistency level has greatly improved to a certain better degree.4. Compared with the world top six, the selection of the different category were similar with the advanced countries, high score difficulty are selected less than low score difficulty in proportion. It will be more easier to complete the project than before.5. Chinese mixed pairs put more difficulty in the previous half set. The previous half set and the other half set distribution is out of balance.6. In the 11th world championships Chinese choose more low scores difficulties, have greatly improved in the 12th and the 13th world championships what reflect the superb athletic ability.
