Analysis Of Complete Sets Of Movements Of Mixed Pairs Of Competitive Aerobics In China Under The Guidance Of New Rules

With the continuous enhancement of the comprehensive strength of China's competitive aerobics,the challenges and pressure are also increasing,so it is urgent to improve the overall strength of China's competitive aerobics.According to the relevant research shows that in recent years,in the competitive aerobics collective project,China's most need to improve the athletic ability of mixed doubles project.Based on the competitive aerobics rules in fig2017-2020 edition,this study adopts the methods of literature review,mathematical statistics,video observation and comparative analysis to study and analyze the complete sets of final movements of mixed doubles in the 15th world aerobics championships,and draws the following conclusions:1.In terms of overall performance,Chinese athletes have certain advantages in difficult movements in mixed doubles at the 15th world championships;In the lift action,and the world level;However,there is a big gap between them and the world's excellent teams in the arrangement and the quality of complete sets of movements.2.From the aspect of difficulty score,China's arrangement in the difficulty group of mixed doubles conforms to the international trend,and the selection proportion of the difficulty action group is A2:C5:D2;In terms of the difficulty movement score,the lowest difficulty movement score in China is 0.6,and three difficult movements with a score of 0.9 are selected,indicating that Chinese mixed doubles athletes are capable of performing difficult movements with a high score,and the characteristics of high difficulty in competitive aerobics are increasingly prominent.From the aspect of difficulty combination,the combination score of difficult movements is high,but the number of difficulty combinations in China is small,and the connection of three difficult movements is not adopted.3.In terms of the whole set of movements,the complexity and diversity of Chinese mixed doubles athletes' movements are higher than the world average level,but the number of body changes is lower than the average level of all teams;In the aspect of transition and connection,our country prefers to use the connection action without spatial change.In the layout of the mobile route,the lack of a certain balance,should be more use around the mobile route;In terms of the cooperation and expressive force of athletes,some forms of cooperative movements are not innovative,which fail to show the high sense of trust and tacit understanding between male and female athletes.In terms of expressive force,the appeal of facial expressions and the tension of body movements of male and female athletes are deficient to some extent.4.From the perspective of completion quality,in terms of technical skills,points are deducted for 7 times in the 9 difficult movements selected by our country.The landing buffer and body posture control are not perfect enough.In terms of consistency,there are 7 inconsistencies in China,among which 3 are inconsistencies in the height of the air,indicating that female athletes are relatively weak in the explosive power of their legs,and it is necessary to focus on improving the explosive power of female athletes' legs.
