| As an introduction of sports competition,competitive aerobics was introduced into China in the 1980.It originated from traditional aerobic fitness.Then,with the establishment of the international gymnastics federation calisthenics technology committee,formulate and issue the corresponding rules of the contest,at the same time stage is dominated by the rules of the international gymnastics tournament,was all the rage in just a few years,rapidly beyond the category of popular calisthenics,as a relatively independent has unique movement characteristics of the sports.The FIG scoring rules and the development of competitive aerobics complement each other,promote each other and develop synchronously.Since 1994,the FIG scoring rules have been implemented in the eighth edition,and the calisthenics world series has been successfully carried out under the guidance of each rule.This article mainly uses the literature material law,video analysis,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,combined with the 2013 edition and 2017 edition FIG grading rule comparative analysis,competition video mathematical analysis,theory combined with practice three import points to project how to carry out the reasonable mixed pairs researches in complete action choreographer,and aims to through the video data analysis to find out the change of the content of the new rules affect descriptive mixed doubles projects related influencing factors.And puts forward how to more reasonable arrangement mixed doubles complete action relevant Suggestions,in order to further improve the mixed doubles competition athletes grades?The results show that:(1)the contents of Aerobic Gymnastics: the whole set of action units is more complicated,and more elements are integrated into the operation,and the space changes,the direction changes and the rhythm changes.(2)subject content: add complex G+ body content,the design of connection and transition movement is smooth and natural,complex and changeable,and more use of space change;Complex,space change more frequently,high degree of innovative offer action will be the first choice of the art layout,but feelings is not clear,make the lift was action rather than "performance".(3)spatial application: in the movement of the route,the use of single route is reduced,and the utilization rate of arc,diagonal and cross moving routes is greatly increased.In the application of space conversion,the overall space conversion times are more and more,and the use of three Spaces is more limited,which increases thecomplexity of the complete set of actions.(4)the application and edition of music and the artistic aspect: the selection of music is closer to the expression of the set of action themes,and the music editing needs to be optimized.(5)the artistic expressiveness of the complete set of movements:the originality and expressiveness of the package are enhanced,the performance of the athletes is more natural and emotional,and the details of the difficult action need to be improved.Therefore,relevant Suggestions are proposed:Enrich the complexity and innovation of operationalization,keep the originality of operationalization content,and skillfully design the whole body content.To complicate the request lift movements,diversity and G + body content as the object of breakthrough,creating valuable subject content,improve the quality of the complete action to complete the artistic performance and complete,reasonable choice difficult connection combination,strengthen physical training of athletes. |
