Analysis On The Characteristics Of Technical Movements Of The Complete Set Of Mixed Pairs In Competitive Aerobics In China

Competitive aerobics in China from the beginning contact and officially began in1987,after more than 30 years of innovation and development,competitive aerobics sports in three,five operating and collective project in international competition,winning the championship many times,it has the ability to lead the development of the world competitive aerobics exercise,but due to the competitive level of the mixed doubles projects in China and the world there is still a big gap between the elite,which affects the group performance of competitive aerobics in our country,and to a great extent,restricts the all-round development of the competitive aerobics in China.Paper through the literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis research method,on the 14 th and 15 th world aerobics championship(world)mixed doubles projects in China and other countries set techniques were analyzed,aimed at the characteristics of the mixed doubles projects of complete sets of movements in China are put forward,found the problems arising from the complete set of movements and put forward scientific and reasonable improvement measures,provide theoretical basis for the project development of mixed pairs,in order to further promote the overall development of China’s competitive aerobics potential to provide the reference.The results show that :(1)when a new competition rule is used in the world championships,the difficulty and completion scores of mixed doubles in China decrease to a certain extent,while the art scores increase.(2)the choreography features of difficult movements are as follows: not enough breakthroughs and innovations are made in the selection of difficult movements with high difficulty points,and the frequency of using difficult combination movements is low,which does not keep up with the frequency of using international aerobics combination movements;(3)the characteristics of operational choreography are as follows: the time of operational choreography is relatively large,the choreography is not balanced,but it is superior in the complexity and diversity of operational choreography;(4)there are many stopping points in the connection of the main content in the whole arrangement,which affects the fluency of the whole arrangement;(5)in terms of space utilization,the use of empty space in the 14 th world championship was less,while the use of ground space in the 15 th world championship was less,and the overall use of competition space was not balanced enough;(6)the Chinese team is poor in the consistency of complete sets of movements.Put forward the following Suggestions:(1)coaches arranged complete sets of professional ability is insufficient in our country,should first improve the professional ability of complete sets of the plait,delving into the rules of the contest,each new cycle in complete parts action choreography innermost diologue balance and fluency,compile both with Chinese characteristics and conform to the requirements of technical actions;(2)the Chinese team’s advantage in difficult movements is reduced,and its development is not stable enough.If it maintains the status quo,it will be surpassed by other countries.Athletes should strengthen their own general and special physical quality to adapt to more and more high strength to complete action and athletic contest,in the complete action choreography should as far as possible with the permission of the athletes physical quality choose the high score difficulty movement complex,and increase the difficulty combination action number,improve the quality of difficulty to complete;(3)when participating in the world championships after the use of the new cycle rules,emphasis should be placed on the easy reduction of the score difficulty and the completion of the score,and at the same time,the score should be kept stable and efforts should be made to improve the art score;(4)coaches in creating and complete set of movements,can reduce the difficulty and intensity of difficulty movement,appropriately focused on improving the completion of the plait of artistic quality and complete sets of movements and consistency,and makes the operation action,transition and connection movements and elevates the action of appropriate,balance the rational use of stereo space,reduce the pause point,finally the difficulty,art,and to complete the scoring three harmonious and healthy development.
