The Effect Of Rule Changes Of Competitive Aerobics On The 2022-2024 Cycle A Study On The Influence Of Five-person Gymnastics Sets Choreography

Every four years,the International Gymnastics Federation revises the rules of competitive aerobics,summarizing the shortcomings of the previous cycle and guiding the development of competitive aerobics by means of rules.The development of rules in the development of competitive aerobics restrains the behavior of athletes to the maximum extent and gives judges a clear scale of judgment in the competition to ensure fair and impartial competition of the participating teams.This paper analyzes the main changes of the rules of competitive aerobics in the2022-2024 cycle,as well as the sets of the top eight teams of the 17 th World Aerobics Championships,mainly using comparative analysis,video observation,and data analysis to study and analyze the sets of the five-person gymnastics in terms of difficulty choreography and artistic choreography.The purpose is to explore the trend of choreography of competitive aerobics sets under the new cycle rules,and to provide some scientific suggestions for the development of the five-man gymnastics program in the world.The research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The redistribution of difficulty groups has an important impact on the selection of difficult movements.In order to improve the complexity and diversity of the choreography,more A and B group difficulties are selected to improve the artistic value of the set.(2)The change of difficulty score calculation affects the proportion of male and female athletes in the team.The number of female athletes in the team is controlled to be 1-2 in order to obtain higher difficulty scores.(3)The change of the time of the set movements affects the allocation of the drill unit.Set time increases,the number of difficult movements decreases,will increase the number of manipulation units as much as possible,so as to improve the complexity of the structure of the creation of the set of movements,to obtain a higher set of artistic value.(4)peer collaboration or with the change of action affects the main content of the set of action choreography structure and set of action artistry.In the set of movements within the specified time to arrange a large number of peer collaboration or cooperation action is an important reflection of the level of team competition,while increasing the complexity and diversity of the set of movements,and strive to pursue innovation,in order to improve the artistic value of the set of choreography.
