In the secondary vocational education in current practice, as an important part ofeducation and teaching, to cultivate students’ good occupation consciousness andoccupation moral, improve the practical ability of students has a crucial role.However, due to various reasons, caused a series of problems in the process ofSubstitution Internship of secondary vocational school students, such as corporateculture despise students only pay attention to students’ labor, process managementschool despise student internship, internship education function is not reflected,students leave the phenomenon is serious, the relevant internship policyimplementation not in place etc.. These issues are not properly solved, seriouslyhindered the development of secondary vocational schools. So we need to practiceeach link in education, strengthen the system, various factors into account, and takecare of the interests of all, to find out the reason, solve the problem. Through theanalysis of these problems, the essential reason, the most fundamental, is the presentfrom the education internship.Internship is produced in the premise of a country on the secondary vocationaleducation vigorously promote the school enterprise cooperation, combination,admissions order under. The study is described and analyzed in depth based on thesituation of human vision of Yunnan economic management school internship and itsexisting problems, for the secondary vocational education internship educationreturning this to explore the feasible way.This research in the introduction part of the background of selected topic, the researchmentality and the method, the contents are described, and key concepts involved in this paper are explained, the problems through the practice of post and itsmanifestations were explained, pointed out the problems on the field practice.In the first chapter, this study through the post Yunnan economic management schoolstudents questionnaire data, interpretation and analysis of the current situation andproblems in-depth post practice, pointed out that the essential reason of causing theinternship, namely the internship from people’s education.In the second chapter, the internship from people’s education is discussed, researchstatus at home and abroad by post to the internship education reform trend, theinternship education idea as the foundation, combining the practice essence andfunction of education, pointed out that the current practice education is in urgent needof return to education.In the third chapter and the fourth chapter, to solve the internship education aneffective way, namely implement self-management education internship internshipstudents education of humanistic management and post, are discussed.In the last part, it is to make a conclusion to this research, and put forward theshortcomings of this study.This research fully stand in the position of the students, starting from the humanperspective, a comprehensive review of the development of vocational education,highlights to the student humanities concern education at the stage of post, let thepractical skills of return to education, and promote the healthy development ofVocational education.
