| The national development of the occupation education attaches great importance to thequality of teaching, but the present situation of occupation education is not optimistic.Monitoring and security occupation school quality of teaching is the need to improve thequality of teaching, effective teaching quality monitoring and security measures can improvethe teaching management pattern, deviation correction in the process of teaching, promote therealization of the teaching goal, to promote the occupation school sustainable development.In this paper, taking20medium occupation schools in Shandong Province as a sample,were investigated through questionnaire and telephone survey method of medium occupationschool teaching quality monitoring and security situation, first defines the medium occupationschool, teaching quality monitoring and security implications, builds the medium occupationschools teaching quality monitoring and security system, and then analyzes the mediumoccupation schools in the quality control consciousness, teaching monitoring organization,monitoring system, monitoring contents, teaching evaluation and feedback and other aspectsof the problem. Finally, in order to promote the medium occupation schools teaching qualitymonitoring and security work, promote the improvement of teaching quality as the basis, andputs forward some suggestions to improve teaching quality monitoring and security work:First, to establish a scientific teaching quality monitoring and security consciousness, set upthe comprehensive development of teaching quality monitoring concept; second, to improvethe medium occupation school teaching quality monitoring and security system; third, toimprove the organizational system of teaching quality monitoring and security, establishingorganization structured and draw and implement the various levels of responsibility, andperfect the system; fourth, to improve school teaching quality monitoring system of mediumoccupation schools outside the campus diversity coexist; the fifth, pay attention to teachingquality monitoring results feedback and using method, pay attention to the timeliness andfeedback, support feedback content accurately and objectively, and utilize the services sectorand individual feedback results. |
