Since entering the new century, China’s rapid economic development, alo ng with the change of industrial structure and enterprise employing the concep t of change, to promote China’s occupation education has entered a new stage of development, occupation education scale and momentum for reform has re ached a record high. In June 22, 2014 the national vocational education confe rence held on the eve of,The State Council issued the "decision on acceleratin g the development of modern vocational education" of the full deployment to accelerate the development of modern vocational education. "Decision" clearly i n a period of accelerating the development of modern occupation education gu iding ideology, basic principles, objectives and tasks and policy measures, put forward "to 2020, formed to meet the development needs, depth of integration of production and education, Vocational Vocational convergence, occupation e ducation and general education mutual communication, embodies the concept o f lifelong education, has Chinese characteristics, the level of modern occupatio n education system". "Decision" to highlight the party and government attach g reat importance to the modern occupation education. Vocational education, as an important part of vocational education, has gained more and more attention.Moral education in secondary vocational school students with the state attach es great importance to vocational education becomes more and more important.To improve vocational students’ Ideological and moral level and political qual ity, to build a harmonious campus culture, building a harmonious society and promoting the are of great significance to the country’s long-term stability.Am ong them, the Xinjiang secondary vocational school students’ moral education,in the face of the characteristics of the times, the new stage of the developm ent of the new front, facing more and more challenges.This paper first studies the status quo of moral education in secondary vocational school in Xinjiang, the purpose of the research, the research significance,the domestic and foreign research review and research methods, etc.. Then made a general discussion on moral education of secondary vocational school students,including the related concepts of moral education of secondary vocational school students defined, analysis of Xinjiang Vocational school students moral education,and carries on the analysis according to the actual situation in Xinjiang on the moral education in secondary vocational school students the importance of. Then on thebasis of the results of a questionnaire survey and analysis sums up the current situation and existing problems in secondary vocational school students’ moral education and analyze the reasons for the status quo from four aspects: society,secondary vocational schools, families and vocational students themselves. For students’ moral education present situation and the reasons of secondary vocational schools in Xinjiang, the author from the society, school, family and students in secondary vocational schools with their own, for the moral education in secondary vocational school students proposed practical and feasible countermeasures. Finally,it reveals the strengthen the importance of Xinjiang secondary vocational school student moral education and make joint efforts to strengthen the initiative in secondary vocational school students’ moral education, cultivate more excellent construction team for Xinjiang to develop better and faster. Strengthen the moral education of secondary vocational school students in Xinjiang, take the responsibility of the times, and contribute to the long-term stability and social harmony development of Xinjiang.
