Due to various factors, such as history,culture, economy and so on, theeducation level in ethnic minority areas is still relatively backward. Under thethe constraints of teaching, school conditions, the cultural atmosphere,Chinese teaching quality is worried in the national minority area rural, ruralChinese teaching has a lot of problems, which are the low efficiency ofChinese teaching, result just passable. Therefore, attention to rural areas ofminority Chinese teaching work, explore effective strategies to improveChinese teaching quality in this area,which are all great significance andfar-reaching impact.This paper takes Weining County the Second Middle School as anexample, through the combination of questionnaire and interview investigationway, based on the comprehensive understanding of the school Chineseteaching, the research conclusions are as follows: firstly, the current situationof rural junior middle school Chinese teaching of minority nationality regionsof Guizhou is not optimistic.Through the survey,it found that the mainproblems present such as: the student has resentment non part teachingcontents of the national culture to the Chinese teaching material involving.students’ enthusiasm for relates to the Han culture in the Chinese textbook oflearning content is not high; the Chinese teaching materials lack and single;evaluation of Chinese teaching effect is not comprehensive enough, still usethe fraction the mechanism of the traditional standard. Secondly, the analysisof the reasons for the situation as follows: the culture of ethnic minorityregional features strong、 restricting Chinese teaching activities、crammingmethod of teaching is still widespread, affecting students’ learning initiative;there is little local textbooks in minority areas,it is not conducive to theminority students participate in understanding; educational evaluation systemis not scientific, rarely misleading on the teaching of Chinese language teachers; knowledge structure is not perfect, knowledge obsolescence; schoolrunning conditions are relatively backward, the lack of modern teachingequipment. Finally, aiming at the existing problems and reasons of the currentstatus of rural junior middle school Chinese teaching of minority nationalitiesin Guizhou area, it proposed the strategies which are respecting the minorityculture, promoting multiculturalism and common development, thedevelopment of the importance of local materials, development of thestudents’ Chinese learning materials, improving school conditions by multiplechannels,try to improve Chinese teaching method, careful organizationsteaching and research activities and constantly improving the capability ofChinese language teaching.
