With the deepening of the study of psychology, positive psychology has been that people attach greatimportance to the important field of subjective well-being of positive psychology, has also been widespreadconcern. SWB is a holistic assessment based on custom criteria to make their quality of life, it is importantto measure the quality of life of individuals comprehensive psychological indicators. Is also an importantindicator to measure the mental health of individuals. Primary school teachers as an important stage ofcompulsory education, their own mental health affects not only themselves, but also for the growth of thestudents themselves have an important impact. Therefore, efforts to study the status of teachers in primaryschools subjective well-being and improve the overall level of primary school teachers’ mental health isnecessary. Related studies show that coping style is an important factor affecting subjective well-being ofprimary school teachers, positive coping helps improve the level of subjective well-being.In this study, a questionnaire survey on the status of subjective well-being and coping styles ofprimary school teachers conducted a survey to explore the relationship between the two, and made asubjective well-being of primary school teachers to enhance the feasibility of opinion. The conclusions areas follows:(1) Primary Teachers subjective well-being and coping styles were significantly related to thedemographic variables.(2) there is a significant correlation with subjective well-being of primary school teachers coping.Positive coping and subjective well-being scores showed significant positive correlation, and negativecoping with SWB presents a very significant negative correlation.(3) the results of the regression analysis showed that the way to deal with subjective well-being ofprimary school teachers to have good predictive effect. Among them, a positive response can be a goodway to predict subjective well-being of primary school teachers.
