Teacher is high emotional labor occupation which need to input more emotion. Many studiesfrom domestic and overseas have shown that emotional labor has a major impact on teachers’ workand learning, excessive emotional investment will affect their physical and mental health. It isimportant to research teacher’s emotional labor as teacher is the shaper of the soul. This researchaims at investigating the relation among teacher emotional labor, occupational stress and copingstyles, in order to enrich the relative data and offer reference for the researching of teacher’semotional labor.The research object are the teachers who participate the national training in Heibei NormalUniversity and foreign language school in Shijiazhuang, using The random overall samplingmethod to carry out questionnaire survey, the results show as follows:1. Teacher’s emotion labor is significantly correlated with gender, marriage, which grade theyteach and whether working as head teacher.①On surface behavior, man’s score is significantly higher than female’s, the married teacher issignificantly higher than the unmarried teacher, middle school teacher is significantly higher thanprimary school teacher.②On passive deep behavior, the unmarried teacher is significantly higher than the marriedteacher, the primary school teacher is significantly higher than middle school teacher, head teacheris significantly higher than others.2.Teacher’s occupational stress have significantly difference in teaching stage, which subjectthey teach, how long they teach and average daily class variables.3. Teacher’s Coping Style have multiple difference in gender, teaching stage, whether workingas head teacher, which subject they teach and average daily class variables.4. Teacher’s emotion labor, occupational stress and coping style have significantly positivecorrelation. Teacher’s occupational stress have significantly positive correlation with surfacebehavior and active deep behavior, and have negative correlation with passive deep behavior;Emotion labor’s surface behavior have significantly positive correlation with negative coping style;Emotion labor’s active deep behavior and passive deep behavior have significantly positivecorrelation with positive coping style; Passive deep behavior have significantly negative correlationwith negative coping style; Occupation stress have significantly positive correction with negativecoping style. 5. Occupation stress and negative coping style can significantly forecast surface behavior;Occupation stress and positive coping style can significantly forecast active deep behavior; Positivecoping style can significantly forecast passive deep behavior.6. Negative coping style have mediator effect between occupation stress and surface behavior.
