A strong country in education requires a healthy team of teachers.However,today,the reality of teacher pressure has become more severe and has become a problem that cannot be ignored.Newly recruited elementary school physical education teachers,as the youth support of the teaching team,are an important part of the teaching team.The source of their pressure is not yet known.How to effectively solve this problem? This study attempts to link stressors,coping strategies,and self-evaluation of newly recruited elementary school physical education teachers.This research adopts a hybrid research method,and strives for mutual verification and integration of quantitative research and qualitative research.The following issues are studied: First,a questionnaire survey is used to investigate Hangzhou's Shangcheng District,Xiacheng District,Yuhang District,Xihu District,and Gongshu District.Sixty newly recruited elementary school physical education teachers conducted data collection to understand the stressors,coping strategies,and self-evaluation of newly recruited elementary school physical education teachers,followed by four newly recruited elementary school physical education teachers about stressors,coping strategies,and self-assessment.Interview questions such as evaluation to clarify the dimensions of stressors and effective coping strategies.Finally,based on quantitative research and qualitative research,the "triangular mutual evidence" was used to explore and demonstrate the stressors,coping strategies,and self-evaluation of newly recruited elementary school physical education teachers.It carried out reflections and conclusions,and gave prospects for future research.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Reveals the overall pressure of newly recruited physical education teachers in Hangzhou primary schoolsThe overall pressure of newly recruited physical education teachers in primary schools in Hangzhou is relatively large,and there are many reasons for the pressure.These reasons mainly include "high family life pressure caused by low wages","balanced family relationships","too many things in normal times,doing many jobswith multiple jobs due to non-local work","student management","Teaching problems","school relationships","professional skills need to be improved",etc.Among them,"multi-tasking" and "low wages" are the main reasons.2.Exploring the stressors and coping strategies of newly recruited PE teachers in primary schools in HangzhouFor one,the source of stress show diversified characteristics.A mixed study combining quantitative research and qualitative research shows that the stressor dimension is mainly composed of social-level stressors,school-level stressors,and individual-level stressors.Among them,the stressors at the school level are the most obvious,and the stressors at the social level and the individual level are relatively few.Each of the three dimensions consists of multiple sub-dimensions.Stressors at the social level include sub-dimensions such as social expectations(That is,the cognitive deviation of the society towards sports),life pressures(difficulty in family-work relationships,pressure on parents' marriage expectations,and low wage income),and insufficient social resource sharing.School-level stressor dimensions is composed of teaching dimensions,scientific research pressure,academic pressure,professional title pressure,and school organizational atmosphere pressure.The teaching pressure is particularly prominent.Scientific research pressure,academic pressure,professional title pressure is relatively weak compared with other pressures.Personal-level stressors include sub-dimension such as lack of professional skills,incomplete pressure,different ideas from others,and failure to exert individual talents.Inadequate professional skills and incomplete pressure account for the largest proportion.Second,the response strategy reflects individual characteristics.Facing the same stressors,teachers use different coping strategies and show individual characteristics.Among them,in the face of teaching pressure to manage student pressure,or to establish a reward mechanism to train student backbone,or set up a classroom system,strict management.In terms of scientific research pressure,either consult the instructor to improve scientific research,or self-study and daily accumulation.When adjusting the negative emotions caused by stress,either using sports venting orself-enlightenment is the main characteristic.3.I dentified a new stressors for newly recruited physical education teachers in Hangzhou primary schoolsThrough qualitative research,new stressors have been discovered that have not been mentioned in previous studies.In terms of stressors at the social level,the new stressors are three stressors: inadequate sharing of social resources,stress on parents' expectation of marriage,and difficult to balance work relationships at home.As for the stressors at the school level,the new stressors are "the teaching content and physical examination items are mixed with each other" and "the unreasonable pairing between new teachers and old teachers".In terms of individual stressors,the new stressors are "different thinking" and "unused individual talents."4.Confirmed the effective coping strategies of newly recruited physical education teachers in primary schools in HangzhouAs far as the social stressors are concerned,effective coping strategies are:communicate with family members,separate work and family,communicate with parents,and obtain parental support and understanding.As far as school-level stressors are concerned,effective coping strategies are: Ask teachers(or instructors)with work experience,self-reflection,exercise venting,self-enlightenment,find teaching materials,lead training competitions,publish papers,participate in teaching competitions,Communicate with leaders,colleagues,students,daily accumulation of scientific research knowledge,check literature,consult with teachers with strong scientific research ability,ask guidance teachers,self-learning to improve academic qualifications,learn online,take exams,etc.For personal stressors,effective strategies are: watching videos and self-study.It is worth noting that the personality pressure mentioned in the literature has not been reproduced in the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews in this study.Therefore,this study carefully gives this conclusion.Teachers have less personality pressure,so they have not come up with corresponding coping strategies.Based on the above knowledge,this research puts forward suggestions from three levels: society,school,and teacher.Among them,the suggestions at the sociallevel are:(1)Guide the society's correct cognition,improve teachers' social status,(2)Increase the tendency of policies,improve teacher welfare,and(3)Enhance sharing of social resources and promote teachers' integration into society.Suggestions at the school level are:(1)Pay attention to teachers' mental health and meet teaching needs;(2)Increase teacher training and improve teaching ability.The personal suggestions are:(1)Establish a good family relationship and promote family harmony(2)Correctly understand the stressors and adopt active control
