With the broad attention of preschool education in the world, the issue of teacherprofession is very crucial in the field of preschool education theory and practice. Theteachers’ learning community as a way of teachers’ professional development, has animportant role in the teacher profession, meanwhile it can solve the problems existingin the kindergarten teachers’ learning team in practice. Based on the value of teachers’learning community, the creation and development of kindergarten teachers’ learningcommunity has become a important research issue. The relevant literature is reviewedin this paper, and this paper expounds the unique characteristics of the kindergartenteachers’ learning community.Under the orientation of the characteristics of thekindergarten teachers’ learning community, with the aid of qualitative researchmethod,The aims of the study are seeking out effective strategies of the constructing acommunity of kindergarten teachers.by collection and analysis of the constructingpractice case and observation records,This study is divided into three parts altogether:Part I:Introduction.This part elaborates the study backgrounds, studysignificance,literature review and the design of study. The study background of thisstudy is the theory and practice of teacher’s professional development.This paperexpounds the significance of this study from the aspect of the theory and practice,andliterature review includes three parts: the related studies of teacher learningcommunity, the kindergarten teachers’ learning community research, teacherprofessional development.This part includes illustration of the design of research.Part II: the characteristics of the kindergarten teachers’ learning community.thispaper expounds the three characteristics of the kindergarten teachers’ learningcommunity.Part III: the strategies of constructing kindergarten teachers’ learning community.Under the kindergarten teachers’ learning community characteristics, combined withthe available conditions,Constructing strategy study put forward useful strategies bythe analysis of observation records and case.
