At present,community education is an important part of community construction in China,and it is also one of the ways to build a life-long education system.The development of community education is conducive to accelerate the realization of the goal of building a learning society,and community education teachers are the guarantee of the quality of community education.However,due to the slow start,low social recognition and the limitations of community education teachers' knowledge structure,the development of community education is limited to some extent.To develop community education,teachers are the key.The development of community education in China calls for the professional development of community education teachers.Due to the limitation of the main professional ability of community education teachers,it is difficult to rely on individual strength to develop the space of professional development in the process of their professional development.Therefore,it has become an effective way to improve the professional quality of teachers to build the learning community of community education teachers by using the theory of learning community for reference.Teachers exchange and dialogue in the community,realize the sharing of resources,experience,knowledge and skills,and promote the professional development of individual teachers and groups of teachers.Based on the theories of group dynamics and social constructionism,this study reviews the relevant researches of scholars at home and abroad,and considers the meaning and generating value of the learning community of community education teachers.Through the methods of questionnaire,interview and case analysis,this study comprehensively understands the current situation of the construction of the learning community of community education teachers in Songjiang District,and through the results of the survey It is found that there are some problems in the construction of learning community,such as the unbalanced structure of participants,the theoretical emphasis on learning content,and the over formalization of learning methods.In view of these practical problems,this study puts forward the construction strategies of community education teachers' learning community that meet the actual needs from the teachers' level,regional level and the organizational level of learning community.
