| Kindergarten teacher’s teaching and research is one way to close and narrow the gap of low professional level of kindergarten teachers through teaching and research,in which teaching,work,and personal growth all roll into one.It is a requestion under the background of deepening the requirements of teachers’ team construction,In addition,the teaching and research of kindergarten teachers is an important means to improve the professional ability of kindergarten teachers and ultimately improve the teaching and research status of kindergarten teachers.The study is based on theories of professional development,participatory development and of the Dewey’s thought about the relationship between communication and lives.By means of questionnaire method and interview method,the research investigated and analyzed kindergartens’ actuality of Huzhu county of Qinghai province,from then on,basis on the theory of dialogue and social view build kindergarten teachers’ teaching and research community building model,and according to the implementation of this pattern to verify the validity of the model.Finally,the effective implementation of kindergarten teachers teaching and research community strategy.The research founds that kindergarten teachers are not aware of participating in teaching and research,and have few actions of active cooperation and sharing,failing to form an atmosphere of fully participating in teaching and research.In addition,the conditions for the formation of a community are not perfect,and the low intensity of cooperation among kindergarten teachers further affects the quality of teaching and research of kindergarten teachers,and it is not easy to form a good vision of cooperation,mutual assistance,communication and sharing of teaching and research.For this undesirable research present situation,this study according to the theory of dialogue and social construction theory support,build the kindergarten teacher research community model,through the implementation of teaching scheme based on this research community model,validate the research community is an effective mode,and put forward the effective implementation of kindergarten teacher research community model strategy.These strategies are as follows: Firstly,optimize the age structure of teachers and improve the enthusiasm of old teachers to participate in teaching research.Secondly,kindergarten teachers are encouraged to learn relevant knowledge and provide knowledge guarantee for effective teaching and research.Third,kindergarten teachers only have a heart to do a good job in early childhood education is not enough,but also should have solid.Finally,make clear the purpose of teaching and research,realize the deep cooperation,mutual assistance and exchange;Stimulate internal motivation,improve the effectiveness of participating in teaching and research behavior. |
