Education reform in China is in a stage of the overall development. The scale of teachers' professional development directly determines the success of school curriculum reform, especially in the reform of the elementary and secondary schools in rural areas. However, the phenomenon of low level in Teachers' professional development still abounds in our country rural schools.Because of working environment, life stress, and the deficiency in professional support, and the simplification of Teachers' in-service training model, and the new requirements that the development of education reform put to the teachers' professional attainment in rural middle school. Teachers' professional development progress is slow. With the theory of learning community is introduced and localization research, scholars have realized that constructing teachers'learning community would have a actively promoting role in the development of rural teachers' professional.This study adopts literature, investigation research and case analysis method, on the basis of the theoretical achievements in the summarizes related, the researcher went deep into Chahe middle school for research. Through the conduct interviews with ChaHe secondary school's teachers , the observation of the school specific conditions, and the corresponding data access of ChaHe middle school, we detailed records the whole process of forming of teacher learning community on the base of the school culture. And by using case analysis method , the research analysis the construction of three hierarchy model of teachers learning community in Chahe middle school .The first chapter: the study put forward the concept of teacher's learning community, and the analysis of the teacher's learning community's basic characteristics, types and components with combining the current theoretical results and practical activities.The second chapter: mainly analyses the ChaHe middle school teacher's learning community building guiding ideology and locating the target. School new curriculum concept of sustainable development, cultivation idea and intelligent teachers under marxism on people's all-round development concept guides concrete construction process; Through the practice of proof: constructing learning community play a very important role in education happiness of teachers, enhancing teachers' learning ability and to form the teachers' practical wisdom has important promote significance.The third chapter: the paper analyzed the three levels of structure of teacher's learning community in ChaHe middle school and development contents. There are three levels is respectively in teacher's learning community of ChaHe middle school. As fellows: school teacher's learning community, grade group teacher's learning community and the class teacher learning community. On this basis, the study discusses all levels of development content, the macro community point to schools and teachers' overall development, pay attention to the teacher's theoretical study;the meso point to the grade, paying attention to the development of teachers' teaching and scientific research ability, the micro point to class construction and development, pay attention to the development of teacher's management ability .The fourth chapter, the main content is the process of the construction of the teacher's learning community. Separately from the school level, grade group level and class level discusses the formation of teachers' learning community organizations with activity. One pays attention to school leaders management concept to change, the school culture construction, the headmaster's lead and demonstration, teachers' ideas shift in teacher learning community such as in the process of building an important role.The last chapter, the paper analysis of the deficiencies of ChaHe middle school on the basis of construction achievements in building teacher's learning community, and think teacher's autonomous development is the strategy for further development of teachers' learning community .
