At present, China is in transition period from low-income to high-income. In the nearfuture, social and economic structure will change dramatically. There are opportunities andchallenges during transition period. Whether can handle various problems that may beencountered properly, which directly relates to whether the reforming of our country canrealize or not that step into the ranks of developed countries. Otherwise, China would fallinto the "middle income trap." To achieve economic transformation, but also to ensuresustained and stable economic growth, particularly in rural areas, difficulties in rural areas,power in rural. Agricultural modernization, addressing food security issues; transfer ofrural surplus labor force to solve the shortage of workers in high-tech industries; increasefarmers’ income and promote the integration of urban and rural development, to solve theproblem of uneven distribution of income. The key point to solve these problems is tostrive to improve the quality of rural labor force, which is necessary to develop ruraleducation. According to the report of party’s18, education is the foundation of nationalrejuvenation and social development, and to adhere to the priority of educationdevelopment, and vigorously promote the education fair, reasonable distribution ofeducational resources, priority to rural, edge, poverty, ethnic minority areas. Therefore,research on rural education has important practical significance.This paper use literature research, through reading relevant literature data of ruraleducation, based on this review of researches to write research summary. Then useresearch method and take Linquan as an example, through the collection of the datacollation, with data to support to have an accurate grasp of the development status andproblems of education. Finally, we use comparison research method to contrast thedevelopment of rural education in our country and abroad, and draw its essence to developour rural education.This paper take the scientific concept of development as guiding ideology, take thedevelopment of rural education, fostering the modernization of agriculture to adapt to newfarmers as the goal. There are eight sections of this paper. Part1: Introduction section.Mainly including research significance, research background, research status, content and ideas, methods and innovations. Part2: concept definition and theoretical basis. Part3:Status of the development of rural education, problems and cause analysis. Through thecurrent situation and problems of rural education in our description, analyzed andsummarized in Rural Education found that the problems are as follow:(1) lack of schooland irrational.(2) funding shortage.(3) lack of teachers.(4) structure is irrational,unrealistic education and so on. Part4: Status Linquan the development of rural education,issues, cause analysis and countermeasures. Linquan on the status of rural education, adescription of the problem and the reason, try to come up with strategies to solveeducational problems of Linquan. Part5: The development of rural education abroadexperience. Part6: The development path of China’s rural education. Part7: Measures ofthe development of rural education in our proposal. Put forward countermeasures fromchanging attitudes, increasing rural education funding, improve faculty, synchronizedplanning the layout of urban and rural schools. Part8: Conclusion. The eighth part is aconclusion, mainly is a brief overview of research ideas and the main points.Through research, this paper formed the following basic knowledge:(1) Rural educationis a top priority of education in China, to develop rural education, which is important tobuild a harmonious society and accelerate the process of agricultural modernization.(2)Since reform and opening up, China rural education has made great progress, but still notable to meet the cultural needs of farmers growing position, there are still gaps whencompared with developed countries especially.(3) It is a fundamental development of therural economy requirements to provide farmers with high-quality education. Vigorouslydevelop rural education can cultivate a group of highly qualified labor force for ruraleconomic development and accelerate the development of rural economy.(4) Developingrural education, which is a breakthrough and entry point of new rural construction. Buildinga new socialist countryside is a huge and difficult project, the issues involved are verycomplex, it can be resolved until we find a suitable spot. Through research, it isundoubtedly the most important of education in rural areas.
