After the new curriculum, we teachers should respect and appreciate every student. In school education, teachers most appreciated and valued the excellent students and the backward students. That is because the excellent students have a good score and perform perfectly, and the backward students often make mistakes. As a result, teachers have to communicate with them. However, the middle students, making up the seventy percents of students, are ignored by teachers. Therefore, the appreciation of education, as a red line, is used to respect, understand, trust and encourage the large group so that they can develop actively. By such an educational philosophy and methods of the appreciation of education, we teachers need to make the most of our advantages in order to gain the best overall results of education. In addition, we teachers need dig and rich the depth and extension of education of appreciation to make more teachers and students learn the theory of education of appreciation to that every student can benefit from education of appreciation. We wish every child may owns a happy, healthy and confident childhood.The paper applies questionnaire research method, document method and comparative method, including the following five parts.The first part discusses the purpose of the problem and the research home and abroad.The second part gives an introduction of the intension, characteristics and the theoretical foundation of appreciative education, including strengthening theories, demanding theories, expecting theories and thoughts about education of appreciation from Mr. Tao Xingzhi. There is the profound theory origin for appreciation education; quantities of educationists home and abroad are in favor of education of appreciation. In the aspects, the author advocates objectivity sprit of students, respects each of them, and promotes to make public understand the human nature’s harmony and balance and its era value in the theory of appreciation education in our society nowadays. Based on the intension and extension of education of appreciation, the author puts forwards the importance of students’view.The third part is about the study of intension, characteristics and education situation of middle students in high schools. By the survey method of question and interview method, I analyze the concrete education situation of middle students in high schools.The fourth part discusses the implementation of appreciation in the middle students, including the way of respecting, understanding, trusting and encouraging the middle students, which is the emphasis and difficulty in our researching. During carrying out the appreciation education, we teacher must be on the base of obeying the above principles, and may choose the effective approaches to the appreciation education. In our daily teaching process of appreciate education, there are always a lot of questions which we need to pay more attention to. If there is deviation of understanding or dealing with education of appreciation improperly, it’s hard for appreciation education. Therefore, we should make the questions clear which are easy to exist in appreciation education.
