The "National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)" emphasizes: "Education should be regarded as the fundamental requirement of education work.Care for each student,and promote the active and lively development of each student,Respect the laws of education and the laws of students’ physical and mental development,and provide suitable education for every student." Appreciation education is from the perspective of paying attention to the free growth of life,looking at the growth of students with a developmental perspective,examining the implementation of education with a scientific perspective,following the development law of student growth,and in the process of giving students respect,understanding,trust,and encouragement,Establish a benign interaction with students.The implementation of appreciation education enables teachers to treat students equally,not only paying attention to students who perform well,but also discovering the goodness of "marginal students".Junior middle school students are in the transition period from "childish" to "mature".It is not only a key stage of students’ individual development,but also a matter prone to rebellion and problems.It is also a special stage with great challenges for class management.This study focuses on the stage of junior middle school education.Through the questionnaire survey of 300 middle school students,interviews and case collection of some teachers and middle school students,the purpose is to understand the basic situation of appreciation education in the process of class management,and analyze the problems faced by teachers in the process of appreciation education in junior middle school class management,Finally,through the analysis of the reasons behind the problems,I hope to put forward the strategic path of implementing appreciation education in class management,in order to better carry out appreciation education and optimize class management,and finally to promote the all-round development of students.This study follows the research idea of "theoretical analysis empirical exploration".Specifically,first,it is the basic theoretical research of appreciation education,including further clarifying the connotation of appreciation education,grasping the theoretical basis of appreciation education,and fully understanding the significance and value of appreciation education.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,compile the questionnaire and interview outline of the implementation status of appreciation education,collect cases,understand the application status of appreciation education in junior middle school class management through empirical investigation,and analyze the existing problems.Finally,build a more systematic and practical strategic path to implement appreciation education in class management.The study found that,overall,there are still certain deficiencies and problems in the appreciation education in junior high school class management.The specific manifestations are as follows: first,teachers’ appreciative literacy is low,and appreciative education skills need to be improved;second,campus appreciation culture is weak,and appreciation education is difficult to implement for a long time;third,the class size is unreasonable,and appreciation education cannot benefit every student;Fourth,the absence of family education makes it difficult to implement appreciation education.In order to promote the implementation of appreciation education in junior high school management,the next development strategy.First,improve the professional literacy of teachers,improve the teaching skills;second,build a campus class culture of appreciation education,cultural conservation the mind;third,reasonably optimize the scale of the class,to appreciate the establishment of a good display space platform;fourth,encourage family participation,explore the appreciation of the appreciation of home collaboration.
