After the new curriculum reform, our teachers should not only respect every student, but also learn to t appreciate every student. We must appreciate the uniqueness, interests, hobbies and expertise of each student, appreciate the achievements even so minor and appreciate the efforts and good will of each student. Appreciation means that teachers should appreciate the bright spot of every student and giving them praise, encouragement help. However, in reality, not every student can be appreciated by teachers. In school education, we often have such feeling. In a class teachers most appreciated and valued the excellent students who have a good score and perform better. The backward students are also valued by teachers. Because they often make mistakes and violate discipline. Teachers have to talk with them and contact with them. While the middle students are often ignored by teachers. Because they have no excellent score and outstanding performance. Advantages and disadvantages are not obvious, they would not give teachers trouble as well as worried by teachers. In the eyes of the teachers. They are very obedient therefore they often not appreciated and cared by teachers. However, we must remark that the excellent students and the backward students are so minor. The middle students are large groups. In fact. They have many positive factors.Our teachers must excavate their advantages. The middle students have great learning potential, They may be the "reserve army" of the excellent students and also the "reserve army" of the backward students. So these students need more careness and appreciation by teachers. If our teachers have a love heart and anticipate their students have a good performance. The students may have positive emotions of joy and optimism. The level of student achievement is contact with the teachers expect. Every student desire to get appreciation from the teachers. But in fact, because of the academic pressure. Teachers often willing to spend more efforts on the excellent and the backward students. The middle students may be ignored. Which make the middle students spirit cannot met. They have a large potential. This is a serious mistake in education. but also some of the teachers work can not get a good result.This paper is studying the development of the education of appreciation at home and abroad and combined the experience of the education, in order to explore a way that can educate our students by the education of appreciation. Especially find a practicable method. Full-text is divided into four parts:The first part is the study of the problem.The second part is the concept and theoretical basis of the appreciation. Which include educational psychology and pedagogy of the theory. First, I introduced the origin and meaning of the appreciation, second, followed by analysis the education theory of the appreciation,The third part is study the real basis and meaning of the appreciation. First, I looked into the middle students education situation through the literature study and the survey method of question, second I analysis the education situation of the middle student and prose the concept of the appreciation, at last, I advance meaning of appreciation of the middle students.The fourth part is the implementation of the appreciation in the middle students. This is the core of this article, we must highlight this content.
