Peer learning is a form of teaching organized by students in the same or different classes under the careful guidance of the teacher.It can be carried out between two people or classes,through mutual teaching and achieve mutual benefit.This form includes two kinds of mutual learning between two people and one for group teaching.Peer learning is a kind of effective learning method which combines the ancient educational wisdom with the modern educational idea.The strategy of educating people with special characteristics is an exploration of the overall reform of the school,which is promoted by B primary school of Qingdao city.It has mainly explored three aspects,including the construction of little teacher characteristic curriculum system,the development of moral education activities,and the creation of little teacher characteristic classroom.According to the exploration,they further put forward the preliminary construction conception of the little teacher characteristic educating system.At present,Beishan no.2 primary school has achieved obvious effect in the implementation of the little teacher characteristic educating strategy.It is found that carrying out peer learning in primary school is effective,which can be shown in the following aspects: First,it can promote the improvement and progress of all the students in the class,transform the backward,optimize the medium and make the eugenics better;Second,it can improve students' autonomous learning ability,stimulate learning interest and self-confidence,which can make students communicate and cooperate with peers much more easily.Moreover,it can help students cultivate good habits both in their study and daily life.Generally speaking,the implementation of peer learning can advance students' all-round development in cognition,emotion,will and behavior.
