As an important communication tool for us to learn and live,Chinese is used to reflect the life and ultimately serve thelife, and it is also an important component of human culture.Form the current status of Chinese teaching, Chinese educatorslack humanistic care which they should have and they are farfrom real life, ignoring the personality of students, takingthe score as the ultimate goal under the pressure of examination.As the course reform constantly goes deeper, strengthening thelink between education and life has almost become a common goalfor all courses. From the aspects of school education ultimategoal, Chinese refers to the national language and culturaleducation, which assume a more important responsibility thanother disciplines. The new concept of Chinese educationrequires that we must pay more attention on students’ languagepractical activities and strengthen the link between languageeducation and our life, and improving Chinese capacity in lifeand language education activities.Therefore this dissertation use Li Zhenxi’s educationconcept ‘living language’ as the theme to discuss Li Zhenxi’s understanding and practice on the “living language”, and analyzing his theory’s reference value for Chinese educationreform.This dissertation firstly introduces the source of LiZhenxi’s “living language”, defining educators, teachers onthe front and Li Zhenxi’s understanding about “life”. It alsointroduces the characteristics of Li Zhenxi’ s “livinglanguage”. The second part mainly introduce the main contentof Li Zhenxi’s “living language” and inquiry the specificimplementation method of his “living language”, finding outcertain teaching law. The third part explores the existedproblem in the practice of “living language” by other teachers,probing the reasons of these problems. Li Zhenxi’s successfulexperience provides us much inspiration in practice.We find that giving life meaning to Chinese education isthe necessary way to reform Chinese education. Communicatingbetween Chinese and life bring life into the classroom, whichrequires our teachers should instruct students to observeactively in life, to survey and concern about life from theperspective of Chinese, then integrating the understanding oflife and strengthening the perception of life through theprocess of Chinese learning. Let yourself constantly hone ideasand perfect personality. Try our best to let Chinese education face life, face society, face students’ hearts.
