Research On Manufacturing-oriented Talents Cultivation Mode In Colleges And Universities

The advent of the Internet and e-commerce brings great impact to ourmanufacturing industry. Manufacturing enterprises is the manufacturers ofvarious goods， so the implementation of its electronic commerce has to represent thegeneral trend. But the contrast between the enterprise’s demand of e-commercetalent and the low employment rate of e-commerce major students is great.A great deal of researches on the training mode of e-commerce talent have been madeby Chinese scholars， but the study on that of manufacturing e-commerce talentsis few.By the methods of the questionnaire survey， investigation methods， this studyresearch the enterprise’s demand of e-commerce talent and training plans ofe-commerce talents in China’s colleges and universities. The research find out thereis a huge gap between the knowledge structure and ability of enterprise demandedwith the e-commerce talent in university training project. The author draws theorganization chart of Electronic Commerce Department and summarizesthe functions and requirements of each post by companies and the requirements of thee-commerce posts. the e-commerce posts can be divided into three dimensionsaccording to the knowledge and skill structure that the e-commerce talents shouldhave， including10technical criteria and65specific capacities. At the same time, byunderstanding the satisfaction degree of the graduates of e-commerce specialty inUniversities for enterprises and the cultivation in Universities for graduates ofe-commerce major, to find out the training mode of e-commerce talents inChina’s colleges and universities have existing problems， such as training objectivesbeing not clear， training scheme lack of features， flaws in the currentschool-enterprise cooperation mode. To solve these problems，this paper presents thetraining mode meeting the demand of manufacturing enterprises---the mode of thee-commerce project-driven base on market demand and working ability and the needto post group and occupation standard. The author gives suggestions in positioningthe training goals and designing training program and constructing teaching systemand modulating the school-enterprise cooperation mode.
