With the rapid rise of e-commerce,the sporting goods sales industry has kept pace with the times and entered the era of e-commerce,urging a large number of sporting goods consumers to purchase sporting goods through online platforms.Therefore,while e-commerce enhances corporate brand image and competitiveness,it also brings New business opportunities and challenges have come;research projects have mainly used literature,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,and system analysis as research methods,combined with their own business experience,and in the past three years the traditional marketing status and electronics of the sports goods sales industry in Huaibei City.The investigation and analysis of the business marketing model concluded that:1.The main reason why consumers purchase sporting goods through e-commerce platforms is because they can save time and low prices and varieties of sporting goods on e-commerce platforms.2.Huaibei City sports products sales industry e-commerce information base is weak,the company is responsible for the number of e-commerce employees,lack of care,Huaibei City,sports goods sales companies,e-commerce attaches great importance,Huaibei City,sports goods sales industry to see the exhibition of electronic Business types are mainly B to C and C to C modes.3.Most businesses in the sports goods sales industry in Huaibei believe that the e-commerce policy support is insufficient,the legal system needs improvement,and the technology needs to be further improved.4.E-commerce can meet the diverse needs of sporting goods consumers,has a great influence on the differential pricing strategies adopted by traditional marketing models,increases the interaction between sales companies and consumers,and increases the probability of successful sales.The strategy proposed in this paper is:1.Channel strategy,increase sales channels,grasp the dynamics of the sporting goods sales industry,and actively improve the existing problems.2.Product strategies provide consumers with substantial visual effects and perceptions,and increase communication methods.In addition to traditional text and message exchanges,multidimensional information exchanges such as video can be added.3.Technical strategies,accelerate the pace of information technology development,promote the enterprise e-commerce platform,and enhance the level of enterprise management and application of e-commerce.4.Logistics strategy: The government should support and participate in the development of the logistics industry,formulate supporting regulations and policies,and create a favorable environment for development.5.Talent strategy,training comprehensive talents with comprehensive quality,introducing high-level talents,participating in enterprise exchange meetings,and improving teachers' theoretical and practical skills.6.Policy guarantees: The government and the legislature must increase protection and introduce detailed e-commerce laws and independent e-commerce transactions and cyber security laws and regulations to promote the healthy development of the sports products sales industry.
