MBA, especially forindustry and commerce business management personnel’s professionaldegree education, generally established at the master’s level by normalhigher schools and its degree of the system. China imported MBA in1991,since then MBA education get rapidly development in China. In1997, MBAadmissions start to unified the examination of MBA education. The scaleof MBA education in China has expanded these years, and the quality andlevel of the MBA education was obviously improved at the same time.Generally the MBA education in China has developed healthily.Huaqiao university is the only college with MBA educationqualification in quanzhou region. There are many small and medium-sizedenterprises quanzhou, they provide plenty of potential customers forHuaqiao university MBA program. But, as more and more colleges got MBArecruit students qualification, the market competition becameincreasingly fierce. Compared with Xiamen University and FuzhouUniversity, Huaqiao University MBA program is young and with lessteachers, so the competitive disadvantage is obviously.Currently, the researches of MBA mainly focused on the reformdirection.
