With the progress of social production and the gradual clarification of social division of labor,the means of production consumed in the process of social production and reproduction have a contradiction in time,and there is a certain difference in time between production and sales,which determines that there is a time interval in the total social production process,and special places are required to store goods,thus forming a warehouse.While the existence of warehousing solves the problem of supply and demand,it also brings problems in personnel control,operation management and after-sales service.Therefore,it has become a trend for more and more enterprises to carry out project-based management of warehousing business.They use their own resource advantages to outsource to other units by means of market selection,so as to replace the owner to complete the warehousing work and create value and benefits.Therefore,during the operation of warehousing projects,enterprises often attach great importance to the management of warehousing projects.This paper takes company A as the research object,deeply analyzes the problems of warehousing project management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the research problems.This paper first expounds the advanced theories and related concepts of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the field of warehousing project management,which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up Countermeasures of this paper.Secondly,through on-the-spot visits,questionnaire surveys and data analysis,the problems in four aspects of planning management,human resources management,operation management and after-sales management of company A’s warehousing project were found,and the quantitative analysis method and theory were combined to comprehensively analyze these four aspects and put forward the following countermeasures: first,by improving the management ideas of company leaders and warehousing project leaders Improve the cooperation mechanism between various departments,optimize the company’s project management framework,and solve problems in planning and management;The second is to improve the shortcomings of human resources management by accurately introducing professionals,establishing a performance elimination system,and establishing functional centers;Third,improve the efficiency of operation management by improving the layout of the storage area,optimizing the workflow,and accelerating the inventory turnover;Fourth,improve the service of after-sales management by improving the performance mechanism and service quality,so as to promote the sustainable development of warehousing projects.The research on the warehousing project management of company A in this paper will help the company solve the existing problems,thus improving the level of its warehousing project management,and also provide some reference for the peers to solve the warehousing project management problems.
