Civil servants are public administrative department of human resources and elements, the of classification management is not only the economic and social transformation and development, and is the national law to clear a development direction. From the time span, the civil service classification of our country after the 1993-2005, 2006-2009, 1978-1992, 2010 so far, and so on four years of development. From the classification, we continue to absorb and learn from the useful practice of foreign position classification management, while still retain the unique taste of the local classification of traditional. From the perspective of the conditions, the system, ideas, preparation, technology and other factors are playing the basic support, the core support, supporting tools, standard support and other functions. However at present, due to the late start, the research results, China’s "civil service classification management" is still a "somewhat uncommon" hot topic in society.Therefore, the reform of public security in Shenzhen, along the major in 2006 2010 Shenzhen City, Shenzhen in 2014 to set classified court personnel classification management of three micro reform context, through the literature research method, case study method and correlation method, in-depth study on the classification of civil servants of Shenzhen city management reform project, focus on the analysis of comprehensive management class, administrative law enforcement, professional technology and the three categories of civil servants development orientation, operation mode, management characteristics, in search of the effectiveness of experience and problems, and from improving the relevant system, deepen the job development and for the psychological compensation angle, put forward specific measures to improve the civil service classification management in Shenzhen city.
