China's Civil Service Job Classification Study

The classification is the foundation of the management, if the civil servants have no the scientific classification and then have no scientific management. The position classification holds the very important status and the function in the entire country's civil service regulations Looking from the reality of position classification of our country's civil servants, its system designation is not very scientific and is not reasonable, in the implementation also lacks the standard, and thus causes many questions in management. Therefore, if we want to carry out the management of civil servants scientifically, we have to make the foundation of position classification stronger. The promulgation and implementation of the "Civil Servant Act" has vital significance to the reform and development of our country's civil servants position classification system, but this does not meant that all questions have been resolved. This paper has studied the present situation of our country's civil servants position classification system seriously, discovered the existed questions and analyzed its reason thoroughly, finally in profits from the overseas civil servants classification management experience's foundation to proposed our country's civil servants position classification system reform measures.The full text altogether is divided into seven parts.
