Category management is the management methods of a particular importance anduseful. Things will be divided into several categories by the way of classified management,and then based on the classification method of integrated management. Categorymanagement approach has now been developed in more mature in all walks of life. Perfectgrowing in other industries, making the classification management getting more scientific,and ultimately achieving the type, intensive and effective management. Classificationmanagement of civil servants is based on certain management objectives will be civilservice position to be arranged, to civil servants working content and nature of work as aclassification standard to classify management. The classification management of civilservants is an important and basic management system of our country, is the essentialbasis of government management and an important basis.Since2005, China executes on the basis of the classified management of civilservants, grade classification of civil servant management system. The impact of theimplementation of the management system of China’s civil service classificationincentives generated,which has both positive and negative sides. Currently, civil servantsthis position has received the attention of more and more people. Comparedwith enterprise, which have fierce market competition and unstable income, civilservice advantage is reflected in the work stability, and salary and welfare are rising yearby year. However, the satisfaction of these efforts are not always able to inspireenthusiasm for civil servants to work. From the management point of view to study theclassification of incentives for civil servants, on the one hand, it really helps motivatetalented people to develop their potential, speed up the construction of service andefficient government management from a system perspective; on the other hand, helpscivil servant’s incentive mechanism construction to provide the corresponding theoreticalbasis based on the classification management, to compensate for the lack of research inthis field.This article is based on the civil service classification management researchperspective, based on the incentive mechanism of civil servant, according to the logic of"ask questions-analysis of the problem-to solve the problem" to expand research. Firstof all, through the collection and analysis of relevant literature, with the grasp of theresearch background and practical significance on the study of incentive mechanism of civil servants, through combing the related information domestic and overseas,proposed the problems to be analyzed. Secondly, carding and defined relevant theories ofincentive mechanism of civil servants, seeking theoretical support for the study of thisarticle; Third, analyzing some of the problems existing in the current civil servantincentive mechanism in our country, in-depth analysis of the existent problems andreasons; Finally, according to the principles of the incentive mechanism of China’s civilservice under the category management incentives, combining the present situation of theposition, put forward a detailed classification of civil servant incentive measures, anddiscusses the way to improve the civil service incentive mechanism in our country basedon the classification management.
