Army Technical Sergeant Management Motivation Application

Non-commissioned officers,as a special stratum between soldiers and officers of our armed forces,they play an important part in soldiers’ day-to-day training, management, ideological and political work, as well as their duty work, various carry-out tasks.Professional and technical non-commissioned officers,as special talents,they have distinct characteristics,with their professional, long service time,their special post of job.Nowadays,it’s no doubt that the application of modern theory of motivation to armed forces’ routine work is very important.As the hysteresis of motivation mechanism,We can’t stimulate the initiative of the majority of non-commissioned officers.From the author’s perspective,the research of motivation theory is not enough.It’s a important issue to establish a scientific and reasonable motivation mechanism, which can satisfy various needs of the professional and technical non-commissioned officers.It’s also the starting point of this paper.By means of analyzing professional and technical noncommissioned officers’status quo and demand structure, combining my management experience of our military troops, the author presented a motivation mechanism.At last,the author took a particular hospital service car squadron as an example, made gratifying practical effect, further demonstrated the main point of this paper.This paper can help and inspire managers to scientifically formulate incentive system, thereby improve the efficiency and effectiveness of management; also theoretically, summed up series of motivation mechanism for non-commissioned officers,which propel the theory of motivation further.
