A Study On The Course Construction Of Cultivating The Military And Political Qualities Of Non Commissioned Officers In Local Colleges And Universities

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has deeply grasped the changes in the world,national conditions and military conditions,taken development and security into account in the overall national strategy,established the integrated development of the military and the people as a way to revitalize the country and strengthen the army,made a series of important expositions and major decisions,and formed the Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the integrated development of the military and the people,which has been upgraded to a national strategy.As an important way to improve the military civilian integrated development talent training system and strengthen the construction of national defense and the army,targeted training of non commissioned officers is also an effective way to cultivate high-quality military talents relying on Local Higher Vocational Colleges and universities in the new era to implement the practice secretary’s proposal of deepening the reform of national defense and the army and taking the road of military civilian integrated development.This study is based on the perspective of social standard education theory,based on the pragmatism curriculum view and curriculum education theory,following the basic principle of combining theory with practice,based on the existing research results,taking Chongqing H vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze and study,and summarizes the current military and political quality training status of directional non commissioned officers,This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems and causes of the current military and political quality curriculum construction restricting the improvement of the military and political quality training level of the targeted non commissioned officers,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the related problems and causes.The full text includes four parts:The first part: introduction.It clarifies the era background of this study.Under the era background of military civilian integration development,it collates the existing research on directional training of non commissioned officers,reviews the relevant research on non commissioned officers at home and abroad,and also points out the research methods,research ideas and research theoretical basis of the optimization of the military and political quality curriculum construction of directional training of non commissioned officers,and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research.The second part: the requirements and current situation of military and political quality of non commissioned officers.In the context of the deepening reform of national defense and the army,the requirements and standards of the army for the military and political qualities of non commissioned officers in the new era have been clarified.Taking Chongqing H vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the gap between the current curriculum construction of military and political quality of directional non commissioned officers and the needs of the army from three aspects,namely,educational managers,units using directional non commissioned officers in the army and cadets in directional training,and finds out the contradictions for the optimization of the curriculum construction of military and political quality of directional training non commissioned officers.The third part: the problems and causes of the military and political quality training of non commissioned officers.This part takes the gap between the current military and political quality curriculum construction of targeted non commissioned officers and the needs of the army as the contradiction point,systematically analyzes the existence of relevant gaps,summarizes the reasons for the gap,and clarifies the focus for the optimization of the military and political quality curriculum construction of targeted non commissioned officers.The fourth part: the optimization strategy and suggestions of the course construction of the military and political quality of non commissioned officers.This part reflects on the optimization of the military and political quality curriculum construction of the targeted training of non commissioned officers from the aspects of the cognition of educational managers,daily management relations,teacher support,curriculum content,curriculum evaluation methods,dynamic curriculum optimization constitution,and the perfection of laws and regulations.It provides more comprehensive and reliable strategic suggestions for the optimization of the military and political quality curriculum construction of the targeted training of non commissioned officers,It provides a new way of thinking and space for improving the training quality of non commissioned officers.
