Along with the deepening of reform and opening up and development of socialism, our country army number increases year by year, with the forces of life and social life veterans years relative from, again to them into the social life of the challenge, especially in the face of problems of social competitive reality often let these once even afraid of blood possessed man was puzzled and helpless, veterans of the reemployment problem has become the social and economic development and an important subject in the construction of a harmonious society, for the party and the government to veterans of the reemployment problem also issued a series of resettlement way and preferential measures, the government’s policy of veterans self-employment also provides related help and favorable, but also for veterans self-employment provides a good opportunity.But one of the key issues is also very worthy of our discussion, it is well known of exploring and risky venture is a very strong activity, entrepreneurial success in addition to supporting environment, and a series of the external environment opportunity, entrepreneurial business ability and the quality is also very important, so how to judge whether a person have the capacity and quality of self-employment is very research significance.In this study refer to the previous related research, on the basis of combining theoretical research and empirical research studies, with veterans in Qingdao as the research object, by establishing the accord with the actual situation of veterans entrepreneurial competency model, through the model can predict the veterans have entrepreneurial competence, these veterans are certain evaluation research.First of all,this article research ideas, research contents and methods, and introduces some core concepts.Second on the related research status at home and abroad are reviewed.Again, in combination with previous research based on the combination of questionnaire survey data of veterans entrepreneurial competence evaluation model is established, and to modify the model according to the data analysis results.Finally, veterans of Qingdao is the pioneering status and influence factors of in-depth analysis, according to the analysis results presented improve veterans constructive measures of entrepreneurship.
