Research On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Of Youth Entrepreneurship Program For Support

Nowadays, youth unemployment has seriously affected the survival and development ofyouth, and is also a threat to the development of the society and the country. It has been foundthat “business startup driving the employment” can effectively solve the problem of youngobtain employment. However, start up a business is difficult. According to statistics,20%ofpeople have entrepreneurial potential, but in reality less than5%of them can successfullyestablish and develop their own enterprises. In order to support business, government andrelated departments introduce a series of policies. Some institutions such as Youth BusinessChina and Students incubation bases emerge as the times require, by encouraging, supportingyouth entrepreneurship, to solve the problem of young obtain employment. Selecting anentrepreneurial project which can be supportive is the basis of supporting the projectsuccessfully. It is necessary to evaluate the youth entrepreneurship programs which can besupportive. Therefore, setting up an evaluation model is particularly important.This paper attempts to build an evaluation index system of youth entrepreneurshipprograms and uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodto construct the evaluation model. This model can not only help some institutions screen ofyouth entrepreneurship programs to support, but also can help pioneering youth evaluatethemselves and provide reference for the selection of startup projects.With the methods of literature review, questionnaire, and combined with the actualsituation of youth entrepreneurship support institutions, this paper build an evaluation indexsystem of youth entrepreneurship programs. Then, the analytic hierarchy process is been usedto determine the index weight, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is been usedfor comprehensive evaluation of youth entrepreneurship programs which can be supportive.Finally, a case is selected to verify the practicability of the index system and evaluationmodel.
