Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Yandu Communist Youth League Serving Youth Entrepreneurship

Recent years,my country’s economic growth pattern has changed,and youth employment pressure has increased.How to serve and promote youth entrepreneurship has become a hot topic in society.Youth entrepreneurship can help young people solve their own employment problems,and it can also bring a multiplier effect and provide more jobs for society.The Communist Youth League is an advanced organization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The new era puts forward higher requirements on the working ability of the Communist Youth League.The Communist Youth League must comprehensively improve its ability and effectiveness of serving youth by integrating multiple resources,broadening service channels,and changing its own work philosophy.This article elaborates on the definition of the Communist Youth League and youth entrepreneurship.Based on market failure and non-profit organization theory,it uses literature research methods,in-depth interview methods,questionnaire survey methods and other research methods to sort out the main practices of the Communist Youth League in Yandu District in serving youth entrepreneurship.Discovered the problems that the Communist Youth League of Yandu District has in the process of serving youth entrepreneurship,such as ineffective guidance for youth entrepreneurship,insufficient financing assistance for entrepreneurship,and ineffective entrepreneurship training,etc.,combined with the actual work in Yandu District,and explored from the perspective of the Communist Youth League Improve the service mechanism,propose specific measures to strengthen youth entrepreneurship training,enhance youth entrepreneurship skills,and strengthen entrepreneurship training base construction,so as to promote the Yandu District Communist Youth League to better serve local young entrepreneurs and improve the local entrepreneurial environment.This article analyzes the support mechanism and work carrier of the Yandu Communist Youth League in serving youth entrepreneurship,and proposes better work strategies for the Yandu Communist Youth League serving youth entrepreneurship,so as to better implement the entrepreneurial work of youth groups.At the same time,it has certain reference value for the research and formulation of relevant policies and measures by the Youth League Committee and government departments of other regions.
