Research On The Path Of Enabling Veterans To Start Their Own Business With Entrepreneurship Incubator Carrier

As innovation has become the "primary driving force for development",the carrier of innovation and entrepreneurship incubation,as an important spatial carrier of the national innovation system,drives innovation and development and leads the wave of entrepreneurship.The Guideline on Promoting high-quality Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and upgrading of Mass Entrepreneurship and Mass Entrepreneurship calls for encouraging more people to engage in innovation and entrepreneurship and upgrading the employ ability of entrepreneurship.Veterans made huge contribution for the national defense and army building,the people’s army is a melting pot of temper precious talent resources,guide the broad masses of veterans groups active in innovation entrepreneurship practice,veterans themselves,for a better implementation stimulate endogenous impetus,common prosperity and rural rejuvenation promoting regional coordinated development of economy and society,it is of great significance to serve the overall situation of national defense and army modernization.In recent years,the establishment of the veterans affairs system from top to bottom across the country and the introduction of a series of guiding policies on the innovation and entrepreneurship of veterans have gradually attracted the attention of academic and practical circles.However,most of the existing studies on ex-servicemen focus on the employment and resettlement of ex-servicemen and social security,and there is not much research on the entrepreneurship of ex-servicemen,and their contribution to theoretical expansion is limited.Current studies show that compared with other entrepreneurial groups,ex-military personnel do not have competitive advantages in entrepreneurial ability,and the success rate of entrepreneurship is low.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on how the existing entrepreneurship and innovation incubator carriers can enable ex-servicemen to start their own businesses,so as to further improve the entrepreneurial ability of ex-servicemen and the development quality of military-created enterprises through entrepreneurship incubation.This paper adopts the method of multi-case study to study the foundation and path of entrepreneurship of retired soldiers empowered by different types of entrepreneurship incubator carriers.First of all,based on whether it is officially licensed by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs,the incubators of entrepreneurship and innovation are divided into three categories: government-enterprise cooperation exclusive category,business transformation category and non-government-enterprise cooperation category;Secondly,based on two dimensions of carrier characteristics and resource advantages,this paper analyzes the enabling basis of three types of entrepreneurship incubator carriers for veterans.Ends with double gen incubation carrier is assigned to the main body,and army veterans entrepreneurs and enterprises for assigned to object,follow the "energize base-main body-energize way-energize effect" of the core logic,veterans are obtained double gen incubation carrier can assign veterans venture a common path and three individual path.The research findings are as follows :(1)different types of entrepreneurship and innovation incubation carriers,based on their own characteristics and resource advantages,lead to different emphasis on the investment of incubation factors in enabling veterans’ entrepreneurship,and then lead to different enabling paths.(2)double gen incubation carrier when assigned to veterans venture there is a common path and three types of differentiation,the common path is as the carrier through the provision of entrepreneurship training,entrepreneurship,resources docking,cooperation,sharing and the way of financing support to provide business incubation of the universal service,improve veterans of a variety of entrepreneurship,form the enterprise resources support and financing system,promote cooperation between enterprises.(3)The three differentiated paths of entrepreneurship enabled by entrepreneurship incubator carriers are brand building leading,incubation foundation leading and scientific innovation service leading respectively.This paper expands and enriches the research on entrepreneurship of ex-servicemen.Research was carried out from the perspective of entrepreneurial incubation path of ex-servicemen.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current policy texts related to veterans’ entrepreneurship and the practice of veterans’ entrepreneurship incubation,and according to whether there is an official license from the veterans affairs department,this paper classifies the current typical veterans’ entrepreneurship incubation carriers into categories.The common path and three different paths are constructed to enable veterans to start their own business.At the same time,this paper puts forward management and practical enlightenment from the incubators of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship,veterans entrepreneurs and the government,in order to better promote the high-quality development of veterans’ innovation and entrepreneurship.
