But in general, the incentive mechanism of civil servant of our country is not perfect, either in theory or in practice there are still some gaps. With the deepening of administrative reform,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the incentive mechanism of civil servants.This paper mainly literature study. The main conclusions of this paper is to establish a perfect, scientific, and diverse methods, with Chinese characteristics of civil servants performance appraisal incentive system, need to improve the civil servant performance management system based on as soon as possible to improve the incentive mechanism of civil servant.
