A Report On The Translation Of Introduction To Maturity In Project Management Project Management

This translation report is based on the translation task Introduction to Maturity in Project Management, which is the first chapter of Maturity in Project Management Series. The translation task mainly describes an entirely new model of project maturity, which hopes to improve company project management standard.Under the guidance of the Skopos Theory, the report aims to discuss the difficulties in terms and long sentences. The author analyzes the characteristics of project management terms through some concrete examples and summarizes translation methods such as division, literal translation, free translation and zero translation. In the last part, the author generalizes some inspirations and prospect of the task.
