With the development of The Times, college students employment environment is changed, the social demand for talents is more and more high, the college students’ employment pressure changes.People are gradually concerned about college students’employment pressure, because university students’ employment pressure is closely related to the mental health status of the students.If can be found in time, adjust their psychological conditions, and help them better career choice, employment, can largely alleviate their psychological pressure.This study chose 434 students from several universities in Hebei province as the subjects, by the method of questionnaire to collect information, the university students’ employment pressure, career decision-making self-efficacy and personality traits described the result of the analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and intermediate inspection, etc.Discusses the college students’ employment pressure, personality traits and the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy, Discusses the career decision-making self-efficacy in the role of personality traits on the relationship between the college students’ employment pressure, Hope to provide the theoretical basis and reference for related research field. The results showed that:(1) University students’ employment pressure, career decision-making self-efficacy, personality traits exist significant differences on some demographic variable.(2) The career decision-making self-efficacy and college students’ employment pressure has significant negative correlation.(3) College students’ employment pressure and college students’ personality traits each dimension has significant negative correlation.(4) College students’ career decision-making self-efficacy and personality traits was significantly positively related to various dimensions.(5)The career decision-making self-efficacy in the relation between personality traits and job stress exist in the partial intermediary effect.
