Exercise is an important part of teaching material, it plays a vital role in the Chinese Fore ign Teaching. A textbook exercise is good or bad, has a direct impact on the quality of classro om teaching, and vocabulary exercises is an important part of foreign language teaching mater ials in the exercise part. The primary stage of vocabulary teaching is an important part of the b ase portion, the intermediate stage vocabulary teaching purpose is to help students expand voc abulary, Visible, vocabulary exercises play an important role in the early and intermediate stag es. "Development of Chinese" is the major colleges and universities more extensive use of a l ong-term student training materials, therefore, on the "Development of Chinese" early interme diate vocabulary exercises to conduct investigations. Zhou Xiaobing presented in "Introductio n to Teaching Chinese"- the "vocabulary exercises divided into perceptual exercises compreh ension exercisesmemory imitative practice exercises and application exercises." In follow thes e five classifications on the basis respectively statistical data from the two aspects of the amou nt of problems and questions. Statistics showed that: after-school exercises in terms of the am ount of each textbook basically done enough, but this is reflected in a sufficient amount of the total number of exercises to achieve a certain amount, rather than the five have reached their vocabulary exercises enough; questions variety, but there are questions of each lesson are fixe d layout issues. At the same time on the "Development of Chinese" early intermediate compre hensive vocabulary exercises conducted a survey and student testing. In the above statistical a nalysis, based on the survey, it is recommended Integrated Course Vocabulary Exercises amou ntforeignlanguageaspect to do moderate, diverse and efficient; increase the appropriate percep tion exercises, imitative exercises, memory exercises proportion. Questions on choreography,structured to follow, from simple to complex principle, abide by the laws of linguistics "imitat ion- understanding-- memory applications," according to the perception exercises imitative exercises、comprehension exercises memory ﹑ sequential application of practice exercises to orchestrate.
