The Research On Chinese Culture Teaching Of College Chinese Teaching In Tajikistan

As China’s overall national strength and depth of opening up, the status and role of China in the international community is becoming increasingly important. With the vigorous development of the cause of Teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,Chinese language worldwide spread rapidly. In January 4, 1992 Tajikistan and China established diplomatic relations, since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Tajikistan has continued to develop steadily. 2013 "Silk Road Economic Belt" initiative proposed by the President Xi Jinping, highly fit Tajikistan National Development Strategy, the initiative for the friendly relations between China and Tajikistan has added new vitality. In recent years, the strategic partnership between China and Tajikistan developed rapidly, cooperation in various fields have achieved remarkable results.China has become the largest source of investment in Tajikistan and the second largest trading partner. In addition, China has provided selfless assistance to a large number of economic and social development in Tajikistan, "China" and "Chinese" increasingly popular in Tajikistan.Confucius Institute at Tajikistan National University is the first Confucius Institute in Tajikistan, on August 27, 2008 established under the request of the Government of Tajikistan, in the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe city. Confucius Institute at Tajikistan National University officially started since February 26, 2009,actively for kindergarten, primary and secondary schools to carry out different types of Chinese language courses, efforts to expand the students, set up 22 teaching centers in Tajikistan, which has 11 colleges and universities. Confucius Institute at Tajikistan National University in Dushanbe city as the center, formed a nationwide network of Chinese language teaching, has become the most important mechanism of Chinese language teaching in Tajikistan. In order to meet the growing Chinese learning needsof Tajikistan, in 2014 the Chinese Government and the Government of Tajikistan signed an agreement,Tajikistan decided to open a second Confucius Institute. August20, 2015, the Confucius Institute of Metallurgy Institute of Tajikistan was held the ceremony. This Confucius Institute is located in Khujand city.Chinese Teaching in Tajikistan since 1997, has been 18 years. Chinese Teaching in Tajikistan has experienced the process from scratch. In recent years, more and more people learning Chinese, Chinese Teaching in Tajikistan has entered a period of development, Chinese learning needs has a broad space. Although according to the author’s understanding, in the short term in the Chinese language teaching in Tajikistan is still not a strong language, but it is undeniable that, under the influence of the relationship between China and Tajikistan and the efforts of the Confucius Institute, Chinese is still one of the fastest growing foreign language in Tajikistan.The author has been engaged in teaching Chinese in Tajikistan, In this paper, the author’s own practical teaching experience as the basis, Chinese teachers and students in 11 colleges and universities of Tajikistan for the survey. By reading the literature,questionnaires and in-depth interviews, describing the development of Chinese language teaching in Tajikistan Universities. Through investigation on Chinese Teaching in Tajikistan, in Chinese culture teaching as a starting point, find the current problems of Chinese Teaching in Tajikistan Universities. And put forward feasible countermeasures against the problem, in order to improve their Chinese language proficiency, while promoting Chinese learners understanding of China and Chinese culture. Author is willing to promote and disseminate Chinese language teaching and Chinese culture in Tajikistan, as well as efforts to promote the cause of friendship between China and Tajikistan continue to move forward.
