Studies On The Rural Modern Public Culture Service Systems

Culture is the foundation and soul of a nation, which not only a composition of the nation’s soft power, but also a significant content of people’s livelihood. With C hina has entered a new period of constructed well-off society, people’s cultural needs are more focused and intense. However, in rural areas, farmers ’ cultural rights, cultural needs, and public cultural services are stay unimproved. Therefore, the construction of rural modern public cultural service systems is extremely urgent. Along with various community forces, government needs to play the dominant role in the construction of rural modern public cultural service systems, through transformation of government functions.This thesis altogether involved six chapters. Research meanings, research methods, innovation highlights and shortages, literature reviews, and theories are included in the first two chapters. Taking C hongqing Jiangjin Zhongshan town as an example, the third chapter had analyzed the problems and causes in the constriction of rural modern public cultural service systems with the methods of interviews and questionnaires. Apart from that,chapter four absorbed the experience from advanced areas from both at home and abroad. Based on preceding chapters, a wide variety of solutions are provided in chapter five with details. The last chapter has drawn a conclusion and made an outlook.
