With the increasing openness of today’s society and the increasing frequent of its foreign relations, many loanwords emerge, and occupy an increasing important position in the Chinese vocabulary. Loanwords have an important part of Chinese vocabulary, but not many domestic and foreign scholars have a study on loanwords. Moreover, the research on loanword ontology is also very rare. This article summarizes and puts forward some my own awareness according the loanwords research in the past. Moreover, this article research the use of loanwords in Chinese education for foreign students’study.The text is divided into seven parts:introduction, five sections and conclusion. Introduction contains the basis and significance of the research in this paper; Research status of Chinese loanwords; Content, methods, and innovation of this research. Chapter One is about an overview of Chinese loanwords, and mainly discusses the definition and causes of loanwords; Chapter two summarizes the borrowing methods and classification of loanwords; Chapter Three summarizes the problems produced by loanwords teaching in classroom studies; Chapter Four analyzes and summarizes the advantages and the disadvantages of foreign students for learning Chinese. Chapter Five is designed a number of effective teaching strategies and ideas according the problems appearing in teaching Chinese loanwords for foreign students. Conclusion summarizes the entire article and describes the innovation of the article, and it also points out the article’s shortcomings where they need to improve.Through the study of loanwords, according to the Chinese teaching, this article has a systematic summary and classification of loanwords in teaching class. It not only has a great significance for correct understanding and standardizing loanwords, but also plays an important role for deepening social linguistics, lexicology and cultural linguistics and some other language research.
