| Chinese cooking has a long history, from primitive times of inventing tripod to the 21 st century, Chinese cooking has gone through nearly four thousand years, today’s Chinese cooking has been known to the world. In the 21 st century, "Mandarin fever" continue to be warmer, more and more foreigner students come to China to learn Chinese,the factors of attracting them are not only the language, the greater factor is the charming of Chinese culture that hiding behind of the language. Chinese cooking,a representative culture, which can attract their interest. Because they come from different countries,in the process of learning Chinese in China, they are affected by their mother language, for example,the students whose mother language is English,when they learn “chao†in their textbook,they translate this word to “stir-fryâ€,but actually,these two words are different.It makes them difficult to master cooking verbs, let alone to understand the cooking culture. Based on the need of foreigner students to learning cooking verbs and culture, the author compare and analysis the common language-English cooking verbs with Chinese cooking verbs, trying to find out a way that can guide the effective teaching of Chinese cooking verbs and culture, and finally the author design teaching embodiment, hoping to help foreigner students learning,and further to make a little contribution to the international promotion of Chinese. |
