A Report Of Translation On Success In English Teaching (Chapter6,7and8)

This is a translation project report which is about the translation process of Chapter6,7and8from the book Success in English Teaching. The three chapters are“Developing Written Communication Skills”,“Review and Remedial Work” and“Planning and Managing Classes”. This translation project report can be divided intofour parts: Part one is an introduction to the background of the translation project,including project significance, project target and structure of the report. Part Two is theanalysis of the source text including the introduction to the author, the main contentand the feature of the source text. Part Three includes the overview of FunctionalEquivalence Theory and the translation methods. Part Four concludes the lessons,enlightenments and unsolved problems in the translation project.
