| Entrepreneurial intention as the important factors that affect entrepreneurialsuccess is always an important research topic of the researchers. Emotionalintelligence as the influence factors of influencing college students’ academic andentrepreneurial success is also get more and more attention of scholars. Combine bothresearch, this paper select hot issues in the field of entrepreneurship, the purpose is toexplore the emotional intelligence influence on entrepreneurial intention, then canthrough the way of improving emotional intelligence, improve potentialentrepreneurial intention of college students’ entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneursare more likely to show the entrepreneurship for college students, eventually achievethe goal of successful entrepreneurship.On the basis of the previous research, methods of questionnaire survey were usedto collecting data and revise the emotional intelligence scale and entrepreneurialintention scale. In addition, the relationship of the emotional intelligence andentrepreneurial intention was also explored.550questionnaires were issued in thisresearch, and365effective questionnaires were discussed. Independent exponentt-test, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were also applied to data analysis.Conclusions drawn in this thesis are as follows:Firstly, there are significant major differences in entrepreneurial intention ofcollege students. There are no significant gender differences，educational backgrounddifferences and onlychild or not differences etc. in entrepreneurial intention of collegestudents.Secondly, there are significant gender differences, only-child or not differences,major differences, educational background differences, family background differences,parents have business or not, have entrepreneurial experience or not in emotionalintelligence of college students.Thirdly, emotional intelligence can positively predict entrepreneurial intention. |
