The Study On Influencing Factors Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Propensity

In recent years,the employment situation of university students has become increasingly severe,and employment pressures have further increased.Under the encouragement of the country's active entrepreneurship policy,the proportion of self-employed college students in our country has continuously risen,and the awareness of self-employment has obviously increased.The level of college students' entrepreneurial propensities is the result of a combination of internal and external factors.Combined with the literature,this article selected demographic data,characteristics of entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial attitudes and other variables to examine the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial tendency.The purpose of this paper is to examine the influencing factors of entrepreneurial tendencies and the relationship between these influencing factors and entrepreneurial tendencies.The research subjects are 958 university students selected from colleges and universities in Nanchang City,and use the questionnaire survey method to conduct empirical research,through statistics and discussion.Analysis,draw the following conclusions:1.There is a significant difference in the entrepreneurial tendencies of college students in terms of gender,grade,major,academic qualifications,place of origin,acceptance of entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial experience,family business experience,and whether the only child does not have a significant influence on their entrepreneurial tendencies;2.There are significant positive correlations between entrepreneurial characteristics,entrepreneurial attitudes and entrepreneurial tendencies of college students,and entrepreneurial traits and entrepreneurial attitudes can significantly positively predict entrepreneurial tendencies.3.The entrepreneurial attitude of college students has a partial mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial traits and entrepreneurial tendencies.4.The characteristics of entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial attitudes and personal background are important factors that affect the entrepreneurial tendencies of college students.Then,it explores the implications and suggestions of this study for improving college students' entrepreneurial propensity.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of this research and makes a research prospect.
