Influence Of College Students'core Seleevaluationon Entrepreneurial Intention

As an important driving force for social and economic development,entrepreneurship has received intense attention from the national government in recent years.The growing number of graduates and the decreasing demand for jobs are the main problems that the society facing today.In this context,our government has created more jobs to relieve the pressure of employment,advocating for college students to start their own businesses.Overseas entrepreneurship research has a lot of achievements,but the domestic research on entrepreneurship is lacking.The relative research on the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention among college students,especially considering the entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a mediator to discuss the entrepreneurial intention's leading factors,is fewer.This study focuses on how to improve college students' entrepreneurial intention and discusses the relationship between core self-evaluation and entrepreneurial self-efficacy,using entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a mediator to explore the factors influencing the entrepreneurial intention at the same time.Therefore,the study takes the entrepreneurship environment as a moderating variable into account,deeply explores the influence mechanism of the core self-evaluation and entrepreneurial intention.Based on the present relative theories home and aboard,the thesis built theoretical model among entrepreneurial self-efficacy,influencing factors and entrepreneurial intention,and put forward the research hypothesis of this research.This study adopted questionnaire survey,500 college students from four universities in inland and coastal areas were selected as subjects,using the statistical method such as descriptive statistics,t-test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis,the Bootstrap test to analyze the data,the conclusions were as follows:First,there were significant differences between coastal students and inland students in their self-efficacy,entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial environment.Inland students' entrepreneurial intention was significantly higher than the coastal students'.Coastal students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy was significantly higher than inland students',the entrepreneurship environment that coastal students perceived was significantly superior to entrepreneurship environment that the inland students perceived.Second,core self-evaluation could positively predict the entrepreneurial intention.The entrepreneurial self-efficacy played a partial mediator in the relationship between core self-evaluation and entrepreneurial intention.Third,the entrepreneurial environment had a moderating effect between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention of costal students.
