Research On Proactive Personality,Entrepreneurial Competency And Entrepreneurial Intention

The innovation and entrepreneurship is an important means of promoting the economic development and enhancing the development power.At the same time,it is also an important measure to alleviate the current employment pressure of college graduates,to create a large number of new jobs,and to improve the employment rate.From 2014,there was a wave of “to be entrepreneur,to be innovator” in all parts of the country.As a group to master knowledge,College students are the main Force of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.The state also attaches great importance to entrepreneurship training for college students.Up to now,entrepreneurship education can be said to have received unprecedented attention.However,the independent start-up rate of college students in China has always been at a relatively low level.How to carry out entrepreneurship education effectively,realize the effective use of educational resources are the key problems to be solved in entrepreneurship education.Entrepreneurship is a planned and conscious act.The back of the entrepreneurial behavior is the intention of the business,Therefore,entrepreneurial intention is an important pretest variable of entrepreneurial behavior and the prerequisite consciousness of starting a business.Improving College students' Entrepreneurship intention is an important prerequisite to promote the Transformation of practical Entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurial intention is not only influenced by external factors such as entrepreneurship education and policies,but also requires entrepreneurs to take the initiative to deal with difficulties because of the high risk and uncertainty of entrepreneurship.Therefore,entrepreneurial intention will also be affected by the students' psychological elasticity and personality characteristics and other internal factors.Research shows that,proactive personality has a significant impact on individual behavior.It is said that character determines destiny,So,It is also a reasonable way to use personality as a breakthrough to improve college students' intention to start a business.Then,According to the individual initiative tendency to set up entrepreneurial education curriculum,can achieve targeted education.The innovation of this paper is to introduce the variable of entrepreneurial competency and explore a new way to form entrepreneurial intention.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted to take the students in Shanxi's old eight colleges.This paper using the way Multiple linear regression to try to explore the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention of college students,to found that entrepreneurial competency plays an important role in the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention,The regulating role of Entrepreneurship Learning between proactive personality and Entrepreneurial competency.To carry out targeted entrepreneurship education,improve the rate of independent entrepreneurship of college students to provide a reference.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)All dimensions of proactive personality have a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial intention.(2)Each dimension of entrepreneurial competency has a significant and positive predictive effect on entrepreneurial intention.(3)All dimensions of proactive personality have a significant and positive predictive effect on entrepreneurial cpmpetency.(4)Entrepreneurial comptency plays a partial intermediary role between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention.(5)Partly dimension of entrepreneurial learning plays a partial role in regulating between proactive personality and entrepreneurial competency.Therefore,to increase the intention of college students to start their own businesses and to increase their independent start-up rate,Pay attention to the screening of the educated personnel in the process of Entrepreneurship and according to the characteristics of the entrepreneur in the course of the start-up,And the further cultivation of initiative personality and entrepreneurial competency in the process of entrepreneurship education.
